Melt both types of chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, until melted and smooth. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange pretzels. Using a piping bag, pipe red chocolate into holes and over centers of pretzels, keeping edges exposed to form heart shape. Place a piece of candy onto each center of each pretzel. Decorate with sprinkles as desired.
