Pork Chop Dinner

Adapted from Slow Cooker Magic in Minutes

  • 6 pcs bone-in pork center loin chops
  • 10 3/4 ozs low sodium cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 4 ozs canned mushrooms, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tsps garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 6 whole red potatoes, unpeeled and cut into thin slices
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
Pork Chop Dinner
In a large skillet, brown pork chops on each side; set aside. Meanwhile, combine soup, mushrooms, mustard, chicken broth, garlic, salt, basil, and black pepper in a 6-quart slow cooker. Add potatoes and onion slices. Mix well. Place pork chops on top of mixture in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for seven hours, or on high for 5 hours.
