Pizza Casserole

Adapted from New Pasta

  • 16 ozs wagon wheel pasta, cooked and drained
  • 26 ozs low-fat spaghetti sauce
  • 8 ozs canned mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 ozs mozzarella cheese, shredded
Pizza Casserole
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 3-quart dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, and salt. Mix well. Spread into prepared dish. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake uncovered for five minutes, or until cheese has melted.
