Pistachio Pineapple Mallow Dessert

Adapted from Kraft Foods, Inc.

  • 3 1/2 ozs instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 20 ozs crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 3 c miniature marshmallows
  • 16 ozs Cool Whip Free, thawed
  • 1/4 c walnuts, chopped and toasted
In a mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, crushed pineapple, marshmallows, whipped topping, and walnuts. Mix until all is blended. Chill until ready to serve. Then, spoon into a decorative serving bowl.
