Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie

Adapted from The J.M. Smucker Company

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup margarine, softened
  • 3 tbsps granulated sugar
  • Filling:
  • 2 ozs unsweetened chocolate squares, melted
  • 14 ozs fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 8 ozs Cool Whip Free, thawed
Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie
To prepare crust, combine crumbs, margarine, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture firmly in a 9" pie pan. Chill one hour, or until firm. Or, bake in a 375 oven for ten minutes or until edges are brown. Cool on rack before filling. Meanwhile, to prepare filling, combine melted chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Add whipped topping. Spoon filling into crust. Freeze pie overnight before serving.
