Old Time Tuna Bake

Adapted from Favorites Casseroles

  • 7 ozs egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed
  • 10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 12 ozs fat-free evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 12 ozs tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 ozs French fried onions
Old Time Tuna Bake
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked noodles, peas, soup, milk, onions, tuna, and salt. Mix well. Spread mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle top evenly with fried onions. Bake for 30 minutes, or until onions are browned on top.
