Naked Tuna Salad

Adapted from The Tuna Fish Gourmet

  • 12 ozs tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 c light mayonnaise
  • 4 whole hard-boiled egg whites, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, egg whites, and black pepper.
