Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cookie sheets with parchment paper; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, both sugars, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until batter is smooth. In a separate mixing bowl, combine oats, baking soda, and salt. Mix with wet ingredients. Add chocolate chips, candies, and peanuts. Chill for several hours. With hands, combine all until easy to make into 2" balls. Place balls onto prepared cookie sheets 3" apart. Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned on bottoms. Place cookie sheets on cooling rack and press a few candy eyeballs onto each cookie. Allow cookies to set for a few minutes on cookie sheets. Then, place cookies on cooking rack to cool completely.
