Mini Easter Tarts

Adapted from Borden Kitchens

  • 36 whole Single Serve Graham Cracker Crusts
  • 8 ozs neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 14 ozs fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemonade
  • 4 drops yellow food coloring
  • 8 ozs Cool Whip Free, thawed
  • Easter candies
  • Easter sprinkles
Mini Easter Tarts
In a mixing bowl, combine Neufchatel cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemonade, and food coloring. Mix until well blended and smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping. Spoon one-ounce mixture into each single-serve pie crust. Decorated with candies and sprinkles as desired. Refrigerate for three hours or until chilled before serving.
