Microwave Tuna Noodle Casserole

Adapted from A Man, A Can, A Microwave

  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 ozs egg noodles, cooked
  • 6 ozs tuna in water, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
In a large glass bowl, microwave celery and onions on high for four minutes. Add soup, mayonnaise, milk and salt. Mix well. Stir in tuna and cooked noodles. Spread mixture into a 2-quart glass casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly over top. Microwave on high for eight minutes or until heated through. This recipe was made in a 1000-watt microwave.
