Microwave Salsa

Adapted from Country Magazine

  • 3 whole fresh tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsps bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • tortilla chips
Microwave Salsa
In a medium sized glass bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, garlic, green pepper, lemon juice, chili powder, pizza seasoning, salt and black pepper. Mix well. Microwave on high for one minute or until heated through. Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
