                                ground chicken breast

                                low-sodium taco seasoning mix

                                water

                                reduced fat crescent dinner rolls

                                low-fat tortilla chips, crushed
                            
- 
                                   8     ozs         
                                light sour cream
                            
- 
                                   4     ozs         
                                cheddar cheese, shredded
                            
 
             
            
Preheat oven to 375. In a large saucepan, cook chicken until no longer pink. Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Reduce heat to low and simmer for five minutes. Meanwhile, separate rolls. Press evenly into bottom and up sides of a 9" pie pan. Sprinkle bottom with crushed tortilla chips. Spoon chicken mixture over top and spread sour cream over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until crust is browned.
