Mexican Chicken N Bean Pizza

Adapted from Dough Magic

  • 1 lb frozen white bread dough, thawed completely
  • 1/2 lb ground chicken breast
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 16 ozs fat-free refried beans
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 10 ozs frozen corn, thawed
  • 4 ozs cheddar cheese, shredded
Mexican Chicken N Bean Pizza
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 12" pizza pan with cooking spray. Pat dough into prepared pan. Form dough edges into a rim and prick dough with a fork. Bake crust for ten minutes. In a large skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink. Add black pepper. Spread refried beans evenly over pre-baked crust. Then, spread salsa. Add cooked chicken, corn, and cheese evenly over top. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
