Marshmallow Fruit Salad

Adapted from Quick Cooking Magazine

  • 20 ozs canned pineapple chunks, drained
  • 15 ozs canned fruit cocktail in syrup, drained
  • 15 ozs mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 8 ozs light sour cream
  • 8 ozs Cool Whip Free, thawed
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
Marshmallow Fruit Salad
In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple chunks, fruit cocktail, oranges, walnuts, and sour cream. Mix well. Add whipped topping and marshmallows. Transfer mixture to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
