Mallow-Graham Bars

Adapted from

  • 3 tbsps margarine
  • 4 ozs miniature marshmallows
  • 10 pcs low-fat graham crackers, coarsely chopped
  • 2 ozs currants
  • 1/4 cup salted peanuts
  • coarsely chopped
Mallow-Graham Bars
In a saucepan, melt margarine on low heat. Add marshmallows. Cook until melted and smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in cracker crumbs, currants, and peanuts. Mix well. Spread mixture into a prepared 8" square pan. Chill one hour or until firm. Cut into bars.
