canned diced tomatoes, undrained

red pepper flakes

elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
In a large skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Transfer mixture to a 3 1/2-quart cooker. Stir in tomatoes, water, chili powder, salt, and red pepper flakes. Mix well and cook on low for two hours. Stir in cooked macaroni. Cook on low again for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
