Ham & Cheese Casserole

Adapted from The Microwave Cookbook & Primer

  • 8 ozs egg noodles, cooked
  • 8 ozs turkey ham, cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 10 3/4 ozs low-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas, drained
  • 1/2 tsp ground mustard
In a 2-quart glass casserole dish, combine noodle substitute, ham, cheese, soup, peas, and mustard. Mix well. Cover and microwave on medium-high for 15 minutes. This recipe was made in a 1000-watt microwave.
