                                candied fruit mix

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine and sugar. Mix until creamy. Stir in milk, eggs, and vanilla extract; set aside. In another bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, and allspice. Mix well. Add to wet ingredients. Stir in candied fruit and pecans. Mix until all is combined. Drop by spoonfuls an inch apart (cookies will spread) onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned on bottoms.
