Festive Peanut Butter Cups

  • 6 ozs Baker's white chocolate baking squares
  • 6 ozs vanilla flavor candy wafers

  • 6 ozs royal blue vanilla flavor candy wafers
  • 6 ozs vanilla flavor candy wafers

  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
Festive Peanut Butter Cups
Melt each color combination of chocolate separately. For example, Baker's and vanilla flavor, red vanilla flavor and vanilla flavor and royal blue vanilla flavor and vanilla flavor. in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Set the saucepan in a hot water bath to maintain consistency. With a small paintbrush, brush melted chocolate onto the bottom and sides of paper candy cups until about 1/8" thick. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Additional powdered sugar may be needed if peanut butter is still sticky. Shape mixture into balls. Put a peanut butter ball in each chocolate-coated candy cup. To seal the peanut butter balls, spoon another layer of melted chocolate over each ball. Chill for 30 minutes, or until chocolate is firm to the touch.
