candied fruit mix, diced
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare two 9" x 5" loaf pans with cooking spray; set aside. In a liquid glass measure, combine water, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine bread mixes, pumpkin pie spice, walnuts, raisins, and candied fruit mix. Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredients. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter evenly between loaf pans. Bake loaves for one hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.
