Fast N Easy Chili

Adapted from Fix it Quick With a Mix

  • 2 lbs ground chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 1/4 ozs onion soup mix
  • 15 ozs no-salt-added canned dark red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 8 ozs no-salt-added tomato sauce
  • 4 tsps chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Fast N Easy Chili
In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Add onion soup mix, beans, water, tomato sauce, chili powder, and salt. Mix well. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally.
