Family Barbecue

Adapted from Fast & Delicious Cookbook

  • 2 lbs ground chicken breast
  • 1 1/2 c onions, chopped
  • 2 tsps garlic, minced
  • 12 ozs chili sauce
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 12 whole wheat hamburger buns
Family Barbecue
In a large saucepan, cook chicken, onions, and garlic until the chicken is no longer pink. Stir in chili sauce and black pepper. Mix well and cook until hot. Place half cup of chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each bun.
