Easy Skillet Lasagna

Adapted from General Mills, Inc.

  • 1 lb ground chicken breast skinless
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 16 ozs marinara sauce
  • 5 ozs mini lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Easy Skillet Lasagna
In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until the chicken is no longer pink. Add water, pizza seasoning, salt, and marinara sauce. Mix well and bring to a boil. Add lasagna noodles and cook until done. Mix in cheese.
