Easy Pork Chili

Adapted from Comfort Casseroles

  • 1 lb pork center loin chops, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 16 ozs salsa
  • 15 ozs tomato sauce
  • 4 ozs green chilies, drained
  • 15 ozs canned dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 3 tsps chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
In a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker, combine pork pieces, onions, bell peppers, salsa, tomato sauce, chilies, beans, chili powder, and salt. Mix well. Cover and cook on low for three hours, or until pork is cooked through.
