                                     1/4 cup         
                                margarine, melted

                                granulated sugar

                                unbleached flour

                                   2     tsps        
                                baking powder

                                   1     tsp         
                                apple pie spice
                            
- 
                                     1/2 tsp         
                                salt
                            
- 
                                     3/4 cup         
                                fat-free milk
                            
- 
                                   1     tsp         
                                pure vanilla extract

                                  21     ozs         
                                peach pie filling
                            
 
                    
             
            
Preheat oven to 350. Place melted margarine in a 11"x7"pan; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and apple pie spice. Add milk and vanilla extract. Mix well.  Pour into dish; do not stir. Spoon pie filling evening over top. Bake for one hour or until top is browned.
