Easy Multi Bean Soup

Adapted from

  • 6 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 20 ozs bean soup mix
  • 11 ozs frozen sliced carrots, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsps tomato paste
  • 2 tbsps pizza seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 14 1/2 ozs no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
Easy Multi Bean Soup
In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine broth, bean soup mix, carrots, celery, onions, tomato paste, pizza seasoning, black pepper and tomatoes. Mix well. Cover and cook nine hours or until beans are cooked.
