Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. Separate biscuit dough into four portions. Cut each biscuit in half. Roll each half into a 5 "x 5" oval shape. Spread each oval evenly with ketchup and mustard.  Place one hot dog into center of each oval lengthwise. Roll ovals around each hot dog sealing edges. Place seam side down onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
