Creamy Turkey Parmesan Casserole

Adapted from General Mills, Inc.

  • 16 1/2 ozs Tuna Helper Creamy Pasta
  • 5 cup water, hot
  • 12 ozs turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a 3-quart saucepan, heat water until boiling. Stir in pasta from mix and sauce mix; mix well. Bring mixture to a boil and stir constantly; remove from heat. Fold in turkey and parmesan cheese. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Sprinkle wheat crumbs evenly over top. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
