                                spaghetti sauce mix

                                no-salt-added tomato sauce

                                medium size shell macaroni, cooked and drained

                                fat-free cottage cheese

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13" x 9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan, cook chicken until no longer pink. Add spaghetti sauce mix, tomato sauce, tomato paste, and water. Mix well. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, ten minutes, stirring occasionally. In prepared pan, layer half the macaroni, cottage cheese, and meat sauce. Sprinkle half cup cheddar cheese over meat sauce. Repeat layers, ending with remaining meat sauce. Top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes or until bubbly and cheese has melted.
