Cranberry Macadamia Bark

Adapted from

  • 6 ozs vanilla coating chocolate
  • 6 ozs Baker's white chocolate baking squares
  • 7 ozs macadamia baking pieces
  • 5 ozs dried cranberries
Cranberry Macadamia Bark
In a double boiler, melt both types of chocolate until smooth. Add nuts and cranberries. Mix well. Spoon mixture evenly onto a baking sheet, lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for 45 minutes, or until chocolate is firm to the touch. Break into small pieces to serve.
