Corny Sloppy Joes

Adapted from Hamburger Magic

  • 1 lb ground chicken breast skinless
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 15 1/2 ozs sloppy joe sauce
  • 10 ozs frozen corn, thawed
  • 6 whole hamburger buns
Corny Sloppy Joes
In a large skillet, cook chicken, onions, and bell peppers until chicken is no longer pink. Add sloppy joe sauce and corn. Cook for 15 minutes, or until heated through. Serve on hamburger buns.
