Cookies in Creme Chocolate Bark

  • 8 ozs cookies n creme flavor candy wafers
  • 8 ozs vanilla flavored coating
  • 6 ozs chocolate sandwich cookies, broken into pieces
Cookies in Creme Chocolate Bark
In a double boiler, melt wafers and vanilla-flavored coating until smooth. Mix until well blended. Spoon the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet, lined with wax paper. Press cookies slightly in the chocolate mixture. Refrigerate for 35 minutes, or until chocolate is firm to the touch. Break into small pieces to serve. Note: The serving sizes will depend on how big you break into pieces.
