tuna in water, drained and flaked

celery, chopped

hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped

light mayonnaise

dill pickle relish

lemon juice
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, celery, eggs, mayonnaise, pickle relish, and lemon juice. Mix well. Chill several hours before serving. This recipe makes 8 sandwiches each using 1/4 cup tuna mixture.
