In a shallow bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, margarine, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until all is until combined. Add flour mixture. Chill dough for one hour, until until easy to handle. Preheat oven 350. Shape dough into 1" balls. Arrange cookies 2" apart on unprepared baking sheets. Gently flatten each cookie; press crisscross pattern into tops with fork dipped in sugar. Bake cookies 12 minutes or until lightly golden.
