Cinnamon Breakfast Toast

Adapted from Nestle

  • 14 ozs Italian white bread, cut into 1" slices
  • 10 ozs fat-free evaporated milk
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Cinnamon Breakfast Toast
In a small bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Dip each bread slice in egg mixture. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook bread slices evenly until golden brown on both sides.
