6 ozs
Baker's white chocolate baking squares
-
6 ozs
red vanilla flavor candy wafers
-
1/3 cup
peanut butter
-
2 1/2 cups
powdered sugar
Melt both types of chocolate in a saucepan over low heat until smooth. Set saucepan in a hot water bath to maintain consistency. With a small paintbrush, brush melted chocolate onto the bottom and sides of paper candy cups until about 1/8" thick. In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Additional powdered sugar may be needed if peanut butter is still sticky. Shape mixture into balls. Put a peanut butter ball in each chocolate-coated candy cup. To seal peanut butter balls, spoon another layer of melted chocolate over each ball. Chill for 30 minutes, or until chocolate has hardened.
