Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Adapted from Reynolds Consumer Products

  • 9 ozs peanut butter
  • 3 tbsps margarine, melted
  • 7 ozs powdered sugar
  • 2 ozs crispy rice cereal, crushed
  • 6 ozs milk chocolate, melted
  • 6 ozs chocolate flavored coating, melted
Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and margarine. Add powdered sugar and cereal. Mix well. Form into one tablespoon balls. Chill balls for several hours,or until firm. Melt both types of chocolate in a medium saucepan over low heat. Place pan in a hot water bath to maintain dipping consistency. Using a wooden skewer, dip balls into melted chocolate mixture; allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper and refrigerate balls for 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
