Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a jelly roll pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine and sugars until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and half the candies. Mix well. Add to wet ingredients until combined. Press dough evenly into the prepared pan. Press candies lightly into the dough in the pan and shake sprinkles evenly on top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
