Chocolate Banana Cake

Adapted from Easy Chocolate

  • 2 tbsps margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 whole eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 1/2 cups bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 ozs milk chocolate, melted
Chocolate Banana Cake
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9"x5" loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine and sugar until combined. Add eggs and flour gradually. Stir in bananas, walnuts, and melted chocolate. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
