Chili Pizza

Adapted from McCormick & Company, Inc

  • 1 lb frozen white bread dough, thawed
  • 1 lb ground chicken breast skinless
  • 1 1/4 ozs low-sodium chili seasoning mix
  • 14 1/2 ozs no-salt-added diced tomatoess, undrained
  • 14 1/2 ozs canned dark red kidney beans, undrained
  • 5 ozs cheddar cheese, shredded
Chili Pizza
Press thawed bread dough evenly into a jelly roll pan. Let rise according to package directions. Preheat oven to 400. In a large skillet, cook chicken until no longer pink. Add chili seasoning mix, tomatoes, and beans. Mix well. Cook for 15 minutes, or until heated through. Spoon chicken mixture evenly over crust. Sprinkle cheese evenly over top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crust is lightly browned and cheese is melted.
