Chicken Parmesan Pizza

Adapted from Pizza Lover's Collection

  • 8 ozs fully baked pizza crust, 12"
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 8 ozs chicken breast halves skinless
  • cooked and cut into small pieces
  • 5 ozs mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsps parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
Chicken Parmesan Pizza
Preheat oven to 400. Spread one cup tomato sauce evenly over baked crust. Add cooked chicken pieces over top. Sprinkle with two ounces of the mozzarella cheese. Spread remaining tomato sauce over top. In a small bowl, combine parmesan cheese, pizza seasoning, and oregano. Sprinkle evenly over pizza. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for eight minutes, or until heated through.
