                                ground chicken breast skinless

                                onions, chopped

                                tomato sauce

                                fat-free cottage cheese

                                light sour cream

                                8     ozs
                                egg noodles, cooked and drained

                                4     ozs

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 11"x7" pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a large skillet, cook chicken and onions until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in garlic salt, black pepper, and tomato sauce. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for ten minutes. Spread onto bottom of prepared pan. In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese and sour cream. Mix well. Stir in cooked noodles. Mix well again. Spread evenly over chicken mixture in pan. Sprinkle top evenly with cheese. Cover and bake for 35 minutes, or until heated through.
