Chicken Meatballs

Adapted from

  • 1 lb ground chicken breast skinless
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
Chicken Meatballs
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, onions, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pizza seasoning, and black pepper. Mix lightly until combined. Shape chicken mixture into twelve 2" meatballs (or smaller as shown in picture). Place meatballs onto baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, or until no longer pink.
