Chicken & Vegetable Pasta Salad

Adapted from

  • 16 ozs rotini pasta, cooked
  • 9 ozs light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 16 ozs chicken breast cubes, cooked
  • 4 ozs carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
Chicken & Vegetable Pasta Salad
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and milk. Mix well. Add chicken cubes, carrots, bell peppers, and onions. Refrigerate for four hours before serving.
