Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Bake

Adapted from Incredibly Easy Recipes

  • 6 ozs stuffing mix for chicken
  • 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast halves skinless, cut into pieces
  • 14 ozs frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed and drained
  • 10 3/4 ozs low sodium cream of chicken soup
  • 5 ozs Velveeta Light Loaf, cubed
Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Bake
Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 13"x9" pan with cooking spray; set aside. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, omitting the margarine; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine cubed chicken, broccoli, chicken soup, and cheese cubes. Mix well. Place mixture into prepared pan. Top evenly with stuffing mixture. Bake for 40 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink.
