                                   1 1/2 cups
                                carrots, shredded

                                   1 1/4 cups
                                whole wheat flour

                                     1/4 cup
                                walnuts, chopped

                                   1 tbsp
                                cinnamon

                                baking soda

                                     1/8 tsp
                                salt
                            
- 
                                     1/2 cup
                                honey
                            
- 
                                     1/4 cup
                                fat-free milk

                                     1/4 cubes
                                margarine, softened
                            
- 
                                   2 whole
                                eggs
                            
- 
                                   8 ozs

Preheat oven to 300. Prepare a 8" square pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine carrots, flour, walnuts, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; set aside. In another mixing bowl, combine honey, milk, margarine, and eggs. Add to dry ingredients. Mix until all is moistened. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. After cake has completely cooled, spread with frosting.
