Bye Bye Butter Stuffing

Adapted from Campbell Soup Company

  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 7 ozs savory herbs stuffing mix
  • 1 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
Bye Bye Butter Stuffing
Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a 11" x 7" casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a large saucepan, cook celery and onions until tender. Add herb stuffing, poultry seasoning, and black pepper. Mix well. Gradually pour in chicken broth until stuffing is slightly moistened. Place mixture into prepared dish. Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
