Buffalo Chicken 15 Bean Soup

Adapted from Slow Cooker Soups & Stews

  • 20 ozs dried 15-bean soup mix blend
  • 5 ozs frozen sliced carrots
  • 5 ozs celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 2 lbs chicken breast halves skinless, uncooked and cubed
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
Buffalo Chicken 15 Bean Soup
In a 6 - quart slow cooker, combine soup mix, carrots, celery, onions, chicken breast halves, chicken broth, and buffalo wing sauce. Mix well. Cover and cook on high for five hours, or until chicken and beans are cooked through
