                                frozen broccoli flowerets, thawed

                                light sour cream

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 9" pie plate with cooking spray; set aside. In a small bowl, combine hash browns and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of prepared pie pan. Place broccoli evenly on top. In a bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, and remaining salt; stir in cheese. Pour over broccoli mixture in pan. Bake one hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand for five minutes before cutting.
