                                fresh blueberries, rinsed and drained

                                Topping:

                                3     tbsps
                                bran flakes cereal

                                1/2 tbsp
                                unbleached flour

                                1/2 tbsp

Preheat oven to 400. Prepare a 9" x 5 " loaf pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flours, sugars, oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Add milk, oil, and egg. Mix until combined. Fold in blueberries. Spread batter evenly into loaf pan; set aside. To prepare topping, combine cereal, remaining, flour, and remaining sugar. Sprinkle evenly on top. Bake for one hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
